Jenny, a dedicated Leytonstone mum of three, holds a First Class Bachelor of Music Degree from Leeds University and a PGCE in Secondary Music from the Institute of Education, showcasing her strong academic background and passion for music education.

Jenny’s comprehensive experience as a trained musician and educator across multiple educational levels, from Early Years to University, showcases her adaptability and expertise in diverse teaching environments.

Her dedication to her musical and pedagogical development, through her training with the British Kodaly Association, Creative Choir Leaders and mentorship within Sound Connection’s LEYMN scheme, highlights her commitment to providing high-quality, age-appropriate music education. Jenny’s continuous learning and nurturing approach ensure she stays current and effective in creating engaging classes that support musical growth.

Live music, singing and creative performing have always been at the heart of Jenny’s teaching, and she strongly believes bringing music to the local community can foster a sense of connection, inspire creativity, and provide joy to many. Whether through organising local concerts, music classes, or community sing-alongs, Jenny’s passionate about cultivating a vibrant, musical environment for everyone involved.
